Party Wall Agreements
If you build within 3m of a neighbour's foundation or are going to build on or attach anything to the party-wall, a Party Wall Notice will have to be served on the neighbour. hemis does not provide this service but will provide all the information that will be required for the Party Wall Surveyor. Please note that you are able to serve the Party Wall Notice yourself and the information is on-line.

Fire Risk Assessments
hemis will not undertake any fire-risk assessments but will provide drawings showing the fire-risk requirements on the guidance of an accredited Fire Risk Officer.

Planning Applications
Other than for minor projects such as a Dormer-Window or a Listed Building, hemis is reluctant to submit Planning Applications. In recent years, the application process has become increasingly complex and is a specialist occupation in itself. hemis works and recommends two Planning Specialists, both are Architect's.
